I remember when i played the original game there was a bath scene with saber ( not a H scene) where her bust was visible . This scene presenented some parts about sabers past . Does this version cut this content ?

yeah its similar to this one . I found a vido on youtube about it called "Fate/Stay Night part 20" . but in that uncensored part i think it was showing the breasts

That's because the original game was R18 and showed full nudity, this remaster is the PSVita one where all the sex stuff was replaced with more serious scene, and CG/sprite showing nudity was censored like this one.

Yes there was a scene where her nipples were visible in the bath. Play the ultimate edition if you want to see it. Or just look it up online.
