Again, I didn't read the HF route censored, so don't take my word for it. I do not know how Realta Nua handeled it.
Essentially, some themes in Heaven's Feel end up turning to subtext rather than outright text. Your mileage may vary on how much it impacts it. The unfortunate fact is that due to all this discourse, very few people actually played the pure Realta Nua version of Heaven's Feel, and can't really account for it. The post that goes around about the movie adapting the 18+ version is wrong, though. There is still sex in Realta Nua, it's just implied rather than shown.
Ultimately, I think you're fine playing this version and not miss out on anything. If anything seems off to you, you can just read about it later. The vast majority of the game is untouched, and what *is* touched isn't touched beyond salvation.
