Decades Later, Still No Illyasviel Route

This remaster can't possibly be complete without Illyasviel's own route.

Nasu has literally called that the "Illya Route" even. Admittedly handing the responsibility off to someone who actually wants to write an Illya Route has the unfortunate side effect of someone writing a "route" for her, as well as making "weird" choices regarding making her actually a grade schooler for uh the expected "reasons".

So not really an option for people who just wish there was a proper ending to Fate where Illya doesn't get Bad Ended. Thats what Emiya Gohan is for though I guess?

Illya route would be nice. Not for the XXX scene(s) of course (she is lackluster), but for preventing her death and enjoying an alternate scenario.

Having watched Zero too, i feel really sorry for her. Would like to choose her as the one to "save".

Yeah, honestly I'd prefer a "Platonic Found Family" route for Illya that forces Shirou to come to terms with who his father really was in the process than the route Heaven's Feel ended up being, especially since I don't really feel like Sakura's whole deal was really implied at all outside of a route that exists to make her relevant enough to the plot to be a heroine who needs "saving" anyways.

But I'm maybe a bit of an odd one out in that as much as I enjoy Nasu's works, I'd prefer to do without the darker, edgier Bad End horror world side of his settings and both Fate and UBW avoid the deep end of the pool to some degree in that regard.

It is sad that there was never an Illya route, considering that there were plans for this. Of course, it is nice to have Fate/Kaleid, but I always wanted an Illya diplomatic option route at the start of Fate Stay Night. And I always hated the decision to merge Sakura and Illya together in the Heaven's Feel route. In a remastered version, I expect separate routes for every main heroine because Type-Moon should have the resources now.

Tsukihime had five routes, so why does Fate Stay Night only have three routes until this day? Why was the remastered version not corrected from this wrong turn of events of the past and give us separate routes? Who wants to play his main heroine in a combined & reducted route with a another heroine, anyways?

That's yet another slap in the face and sad to see from Type-Moon.
For me it is a huge disappointment. But what can I expect if Type Moon is willing to collaborate with HSR in one year? The Fate franchise has fallen from its supreme throne and lost its spirit of the old days.
If I had created Fate/stay night, I would have wanted to make the remastered edition even better than what was possible in the past.

And when I am by missing things, where is the anime for Pseudo-Singularity IV: Salem?
But a proper Illya route in the Fate/stay night game would already make me happy.

I enjoy the ubw scene with gilgamesh teaching her a lesson a lot

Prisma kinda sucks. It's not the real Illya. It's like an alternate timeline where Illya is misssing her characteristic smug demeanor and is cutesy and innocent instead, and said smug demeanor is given to K*ro instead. Sad.

Her ending in the fate route is okay. And her ending in Heavens Feel is bittersweet. It's only ubw where she has a truly bad end.

All of his other works aside from Witch on The Holy Night are dark. That being Tsukihime and Garden of Sinners. Fate is probably one of his most tame worlds.
