How does this version compared to the pc Realta Nua version?

I think it IS Realta Nua, but I'm not certain.

Realta Nua has a fanmade patch that enables seggs scene. Until the remaster gets the same kind of treatment I would go with Realta Nua.

Doesn't allow for you to change the music. Doesn't allow for you to enable sex scenes. Doesn't allow for you to change openings.

Basically it's just a port of the base Realta Nua and not the fan patched Realta Nua that allowed for lots of customisation.

No patch will add voices to the H scenes because they were never voiced

They feel completely out of place after the game was updated with voice work

They weren't even good H scenes, even as a eroge fan this is one VN where it really just isn't a big deal that they're not there

Nah, they are pretty good, at least, not worse than an average H-scene in any other eroge. At least, if you read it in Japanese, since English translation has some cringy moments.

Also they had very heavy mosaic, the 'de-censored' images were never the original art, just some artist trying to restore them

When it jumps into a H scene it feels out of place with the rest of the story i.e. the very definition of tacked on

Better off busting a nut to some rule34 artwork instead

Exactly, Shirou hasn't so much as flirted with Saber or Rin or shown any sexual interest in them whatsoever then all of a sudden it's threesome time

Tacked on indeed, without innuendo, chemistry or build up, the sex scenes just fall totally flat

IIRC they were indeed tacked on. Nasu didn't intend for FSN to have sex scenes but it was 2003, the age of "VN need sex scenes or they won't sell". So Takeuchi told him "It has to have them, so get to it". And here we are.
