Its not difficult to release a game on PC, or even put a store page up and why would I pirate a game

In order to read it. Most people who wanted to read Fate Stay Night in the 20 year wait when we never thought it would come to steam, pirated it. As well as the old Tsukihime.

Most recent TM VN are released on consoles first then ported over to PC at a later date. Just like with Mahoyo there will likely be a PC release in a year or two.
