No 18+ Patch Coming. It would need to be a fanpatch

They are not planning to restore or redraw those scenes much like other modern remakes like Kanon, Utawarerumono, etc.
This is unfortunate but perhaps fans will patch this content back in.

Ideally fans will remaster those scenes themselves and include those into the fanpatch.
Alternatively they could simply patch in the original scenes in their original resolution and artstyle.

To revert Sakura's blood drinking back to sexual abuse. The movies even reverted it back to what it used to be. Hopefully Type-Moon already fixed it in this version and no patch is needed anymore, but I don't think it's likely

...You do realize the only thing effectively changed for Realta Nua is the sex scenes and references to it, correct? The violence is very much still there (though there wasn't much graphic violence to begin with) Calling it Disney-esque is very disingenious, to put it lightly.

Semen transfers magic power is really not as deep or essential as you claim it to be.
Either way, there will surely be a fanpatch eventually for anyone who wants it. But Type-Moon has clearly made a point of moving away from erotica a long time ago.

This isn't just his opinion. They are pretty infamous in the VN community for being terribly written and it's been acknowledged that Nasu isn't very good at writing them. There's nothing to "patch", there's nothing "cut" in this release: It's the all ages Realta Nua release, so there's nothing to 'put back' - said scenes were never in Realta Nua to begin with. It's not censorship or a 'modern audience' update, unless you think said 'modern audience' was present nineteen years ago. If they wanted to include the adult scenes, they easily could have, but they have not, and have not produced anything with adult scenes for two decades. These arguments are disingenuous and in some cases simply based on false pretenses.

Just because these scenes were present in a single version, a version that isn't even seen as the definitive version by the developers and the writer, does not mean that anything meaningful is lost through their removal. There's plenty of eroges available to play, even in this genre, even on steam, so why anyone would champion a return to a fundamentally flawed and inferior version is beyond me.

I say this as someone who played mirror-moon releases and kept up with their Hollow Ataraxia translation, and I will still say: On-release bugs aside, this is the best version of Fate Stay/Night to exist. And I'll stand by this regardless of your "copy-paste" assertions, as if many people holding an opinion somehow invalidates it.
I remember those scenes! They were terrible! They ruined the pacing and characterization of all three routes! Even the one where they were supposedly part of the pathos of the events, they felt hackneyed and unfitting, they did not belong. Their inclusion *absolutely* felt like a nod to make sales, not part of the greater narrative. They didn't need to be there, they don't need to be there, and them not being there is only an improvement.

Nothing wrong with wanting those scenes in this version despite it being based on Realta Nua.

That's fair enough, I guess the "Disney-esque" prior post sorta colored my impression of yours. I stand by my point regarding your argument on the scenes' importance for lore (especially its canonicity), but at the end of the day that's your prerrogative.

There's been plenty of editions of FSN that combine the Realta Nua features with the original script I'm not sure why people can't conceive of a patch for the remaster that includes the H-Scenes. If you aren't a mirrormoon-age type moon fan in the west you're not gonna understand why we want the work of our molluscoid emperor back nor would I expect you to try, but I do expect you to stay outta my way while I ask for it.
