Code [41103] Trying to log in SF2

Hey guys, just re- downloaded the game. As soon as it finished though, I went to go play it and got this error still . It says:

Code:[41103] Failed to connect to server due to an unstable network connection. Try again if your network connected.
Reason: [DFU Information File(root xml)

I don't know why it says this. I can connect to any game at any given moment, just not this one. If someone can help me out that'd be great, I have seen a bumch of Disable AV and all the IE jazz...but really, this happened back in July also, Either Steam or the game company has jacked something up for sure. Thanks.

The ticket I submitrted, I did get an answer to and 99% of it is the standard answer when the devs have no idea on what is going on...I did it all anyway, and it still is not working.

Yeah I gave up on the game. Which is sad because I was having a lot of fun but if you can't find what is keeping people from playing and do not update them about the situation then I will just move on.

I Found that the Xinocode program just does not update or work correct..little Army guy picture that shows up in the bottom corner of the screen when you start sometimes, it looks to be screwing things up.

Disable your Antivirus completely before launching the game. Then you can activate it again.

To be fair though they should remove a literally non-functioning game from Steam's store once ♥♥♥♥ like this happens.
