Why is my SF2 not responding

I just tried to log into my sf2 account but it keeps saying that sf2 is not responding then it crashes this just happened to me yesterday, the say after christmas day, but before then i could play on it fine why is this happening

what computer do u use? u should search up the web for minimum requirements for sf2. I have a razer blade so i dont have that problem! :)

I have a windows 8 desktop i have played every game u can imagine on this computer and it is still lightnin fast

Sorry about the late reply, i was at a resturaunt with my family. Thank you u for all the help. If i ever have a question/problem i know who to contact.
