Full Crash
I had an issue were the game screen went black, while I was selecting sub components. After a long pause my BIOS splash screen shows up! Oh wow, system totally rebooted. :steamsad:

Not a game issue, but a PC issue.
You should do a full maintenance and check if XMP/EXPO are active.

Perhaps what you typed might be true. However, I base things off what has changed and what's new. SWH 2 is new vs other games I recently played. I have not had any total reboot issues with this PC. Any games that I have had issues with...It was the game. Not PC. Game patched. Issue resolved or lessened. Not my PC.
I know there are some situations, were an outdated GFX wouldn't let a game load or caused a crash to windows. Update. It works. That is PC issue. I am aware of overheating, that is why I clean out the dust. PC issue. Perhaps, those memory settings you typed could be an issue, but it is presumptuous to state only: PC issue. Especially considering a huge portion of any crashes I have are game related. However, I will consider your post and double check my bios and check my case if it needs a good cleaning.

It is quite simple to state it is a PC issue and not a game issue.

Your PC cannot and must not go into a fatal error blue screen, or worse BIOS splash screen. Those things are entirely caused by actual hardware issues, either mechanical or driver based.

If it is just the game, it would cause a lockup and in worst case Windows would terminate it, while Windows itself keeps running. Fatal errors as you described are not caused by applications of any sort. There are too many built in failsafes in PCs to prevent such entirely.
