Weird stutter problem in the PS4 version
It seems like that the normally stable framerate seems to drop to 30 fps or so at random upon loading a new area which results in constant stutter which persists until you load a new area. This seems to only happen in areas you can explore and on the world map and I haven't come across it in normal combat yet. Edit: it happens in normal combat as well.

I first ran into the problem around 1-2 hours of playing into the game which may imply some kind of memory leak issue, or it could just be because I'm playing on a base PS4, although the game shouldn't be that graphically taxing.

I'm not sure if non-PC bugreports are accepted on this board but since the main board also mentions the Switch version, I assume they should be fine.

Right, as I've played more of the game, it seems that the framerate drops either persist the entire time until you reload a new area, or if during battle, potentially kill more enemies and I recall coming across the issue right after I've loaded my game after starting it so I assume it might simply be due to the lack of processing power in the base PS4, I don't know if the Switch version is better optimized or if it also has this issue.

I also seem to recall running across a similar problem when I played the original game on my 3DS when it was released so that also might support the theory about underpowered hardware.

Base Playstation 4 - could be because the standard version is using HDDs while the Nintendo Switch standards with SSD.
