Any tips for final kraken fight?
My crew can get him down to 100 hp but his minions always end up overwhelming us no matter how much I try to take care of them all when they show up while attacking the kraken.

Try using Tristan as a Boomer, with the atomic Boomer weapon that also gives you a free grenade. Make sure he has big explosions skill and equip him with at least one of the +2 aim +1 crit items. I like 2. :D
I also like 2 of my crew to have the box of grenades and box of sidearms along with a cool-down reduction item. make sure those crew-mates have the flanker cooldown skill, as well.
Sola is also a good room clearer with his laser skill. I like using him as an engineer. Buffs are a must!
Try to have a crew mate with the sniper target skill. Those extra attacks will help you stay ahead of the swarm.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes :)

If you are on veteran-elite difficulty.

Reaper level 4 + Brawler level 4 (skill cunning for movement after the kill)

Sniper rifle + Reaper's harvest level 4

Lower the difficulty to experienced and do not waste time farming.

If you need to farm skills.
Here are the ways.

To kill the boss on Elite I used two "Harvester" characters. They both had Reaper lvl4 skill Harvest (2 uses each), Sniper lvl 1 Perfect Aim - these are mandatory. Loose Cannon (Boomer lvl 5) and Hunter's Mark (Sniper lvl 5) are very useful, but optional.

You fight the boss not using these skills until it spawns reinforcements, while keeping one of the harvesters placed on the spot it can hit the boss and eyes. Then you use other teammates to damage majority of reinforcements and eyes to 1-shot state. After that you activate Harvest, Perfect Aim and damage buffs on one of "Harvesters" and finish all the enemies and eyes using said harvester. After that, the harvester should have plenty of shots left to deal massive damage to the boss. After a couple of such cycles the boss will be dead. Four cycles from two harvesters is probably overkill, but better safe than sorry.

Best supports for the harvesters are Boomers with grenades who can destroy cover pieces and damage reinforcements.
