Where/When do you get the arm?

Where or when do you get Captain Leeway's arm back? Is that not something that you can do? I just want to know so I can get hyped as I get closer to being able to use Leeway as a character

He obtains it as the plot progresses (second-to-last area) but it does not make him a normal party member.

You can use him as a playable character after that but only in a couple of scripted missions.

Dang. I bet there's a mod that allows you to use him as a normal party member. Thanks for telling me!
