Horned Seashell Hat

Hello! Can anyone who has found the horned seashell tell me what level they found it on? Also what type of enemy? It's the only hat in the guide that does not have a picture of the enemy type it was found on, and seems to be a pain to find. I've scoured Rattler Recruitment for hours based on the guide recommendation and found nothing, so really hoping there was another level someone found it on. Thanks in advance! :)

I spent a few hours in the level mentioned in the guide, but found nothing. There is also no image of the type of enemy that wears it. I assume it's a regular seashell helmet enemy, but since it's two horns, is it the horned enemies? Any advice?

Got the Horned Seashell in Lets Get this Parley Started (in Frozen Fjords; its the mission immeidately to the left of the Eye of the North). I played thru the mission and an enemy with that hat spawned when the alarms go off after scrapping the two mini-bosses. In fact, more than one with that hat spawned.

Before this, I also tried to farm at Rattler Recruitment in Shiner's Cove. Farmed there for 30 mins and nothing.
