error online match

A few weeks ago, I was playing without any problems, but now I can play private online multiplayer, but I can't play public online multiplayer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Was able to get into public matches around 2/3 weeks ago no problem now i can never get it to put me in a session. If anyone wants to play private matches lmk most of my remaining challenges are multiplayer

please report the problem at https://www.activision.com/ i already did 5 days ago and they didnt fix it, the problem is on the game server for steam players and not the client
