The double Venice VB transfer gap is possible, just use a very low angle (an angle close to horizontal), but don't cut the ramp's top edge.
For the secret tape on VB, use the tables as kickers with boneless, to be able to jump up to grind the wire above to get the tape. For an alternative, you can jump from the top of the taller building, but that's has a timing more difficult to pull off.
Yes I know the tables are easier than the roof to get to the secret tape in Venice Beach. But to me it seems like in expert stats mode it is impossible either way. Also good tip with VB gaps, at some point in normal mode I had difficulties and found that to be the way. If you say it is possible in expert mode I will try more.
It takes some tries, but not very difficult to pull off. (I tried it and succeeded in 8-10 tries.)
