As long as it has Motörhead and Ramones, i'm happy. No way Ace of Spades isn't in this. I Mandela-effected it into being the intro FMV theme song of the first game for some reason (i also thought the Philly-level was in 1 and that the LA-level from the 3rd was a level in 2).

I wonder if either the OST of 3 or 4 have any more explicit tracks, since i haven't listened to the THPS3 OST in a while (and never played 4).
I know Police Truck by Dead Kennedys is iconic, but they massacred it so much, that i was baffled as to why it was even included in the Remake in the first place.

The artist of Big Shots in THPS4, Eyedea, is no longer with us... he died when he was 28 in 2010 due to a drug related incident... so it may be difficult to attain the rights depending whatever happened to his estate and licensing rights of his work post his death...

Otherwise, I hope the rest of the music is there.

Let me ask a question

Which Tony Hawk game do you think has the best soundtrack?

i would have to say Underground 2 but they are all good (except American Wasteland-ewww)

Underground 1 for me. It put me onto so many good artists that i still listen to

On IG Steve Caballero tagged BodyJar on a post, and on another one Tony marked Mass Appeal by Gang Starr, we might have the same mix of classic and new songs that fit into both games, 1+2 did a really good job in this department bringing Strung Out, Less Than Jake, Ataris, Sublime and Reel Big Fish.

I hope to see Adolescents, Distillers, Nebula, Alien Ant Farm, AFI back. But i have a feeling that Iron will not make a comeback

Amoeba -> Not the Same -> 96 Quite Bitter Beings, in that order, are forever intrinsically linked in my brain.

American wasteland had about eight good songs.
The best song on there was rise above by Black flag

Older punk/hard rock music goes good with skateboarding

4 had a great soundtrack. Loved the variety in punk, rock, and hip-hop. THUG1 soundtrack was GOATed though.

Somewhat eclectic at the time too. Considering how poppy 3's ost was.
I was actually taken aback the first time I picked it up and heard Blackball, a fairly obscure song from The Offspring's 1st studio album, start playing. That's a pretty deep cut, ngl

3 might have been the weakest soundtrack for me. There were some great bands that were in the beta files, but never made it to the released game. Dwarves, Lillingtons, Kool Keith, and Black Sheep would have been more than welcome IMO. THPS4 got me into a lot of underground hip-hop (Eyedea (RIP), Aesop Rock, De La Soul, Lootpack/Madlib) and punk (Distillers, Hot Water Music, Rocket From The Crypt, Flogging Molly)

Aesop Rock is GOAT'd. One of my favorite artists, ever.
I actually use him as a bit of a limpness test when getting to know new people. If they say, "Oh, you mean Aesop Rocky?", I just smh, chuckle, and proceed send them links to some actually good music. lol
