Controller issues?

I'm wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue to myself.

i have been having a great time playing the game, cracking on getting through the achievements etc, however as of yesterday, no matter if i use my controller or my keyboard, i can no longer wall plant or transfer, i can no longer alter my grind tricks, manual tricks etc.

the button inputs on both my keyboard and my controller just don't register these inputs at all. it's pretty much made the game completely unplayable for myself and i don't really know what to try?

i tried changing the sync option through steam, i've tried resetting the controls to defaults (even though i never changed them to begin with) and i am really stumped as to what to do now. it's ruined this game for me now as i have no option to really continue playing without these controls!

any help would be greatly appreciated.

my controller is a Turtle Beach React-R.

For anyone who cares, the problem appeared to be the slider for controls had went from "default" to "THPS2" and despite playing currently on THPS2, the control inputs would not register. resetting this back to default allowed the controls to work as normal.

Changing the controls from default gives you the classic control schemes for each game. It's so you can play it the old way without modern features.
