Only in the original Pro Skater 2 and 2X.

There is a mod, however.

Spider-Man is almost entirely owned by Marvel under Disney, with film rights belonging to Sony (They also held the tv rights until around 2009). IDK if they would have had any influence over his inclusion (or removal) from Pro Skater. I guess it originally being a PS1 game might have helped.
