No, you misunderstood what the topic is saying.
1. Bought the game from Epic.
2. Installed it
3. Went to Character Creation, saw the Boards!
4. Uninstalled, got a refund.
I own the original and the (2012) Remake, and there are no such boards there.
Just don't use the board..
If you're that offended, you should probably shouldn't be following skateboarding.
Satanic themed boards are some of the most popular in terms of sales, one of the big money makers that comes to mind is Natas Kaupas' Devil Workshop board and the one they Jason Lee turned down, but I don't remember the name of it.
It's not because of satanism or goofy religions, they're just hardcore graphics with skulls, bones and popping colors. Tony Hawk 3 has the Demoness character and Underground 2 has a Hell level with Imps and tortured souls.
It has always been joked about in skateboarding.
Edit: Oh, and how could I forget about Darth Maul from Star Wars; He was in Tony Hawk 3. Classic.
Edit 2: Oh and I completely forgot, Elissa Steamer used to ride for Toy Machine, which has a devil as their mascot. It's one of her boards IN THE ORIGINAL PS1 VER, and lots of ramps in THPS2 have the Toy Machine logo.

Giving them money would imply that I support what they made.

Indeed.. worth the 600 points.
You do realize Enjoi has a couple hundred parody decks right? They have stereotype boards, and even sexual themed boards; That is their company.
This is just a clown thread, sorry OP.. do some research next time. As I said, it was in the original as well with Toy Machine, good luck getting a refund for that. (Or maybe you'll just throw it away, you seem like the type)
Have a nice day.
Completely unhinged
