I knew I heard something about an earlier remaster that went straight into the toilet...XD. Great this is indeed something different!
Might actually give it a go!
This one is the good remake that was handled by Vicarious Visions, the same guys that did the excellent Crash Bandicoot remakes among other great games. Originally this was exclusive to epic, but is now on steam too.
However, I would suggest not purchasing this game due to the way it punishes loyal paying customers by requiring an internet connection for single player. There are other means of playing this game that I'd highly recommend pursuing instead as the game itself is fantastic, but practices like this shouldn't be supported if you care about having the freedom to play the games you bought after Activision inevitably decides they don't want to keep the servers running anymore.
The Crash remake was abysmal.
*flush*
Thanks for wasting your time XD!
absolutely worth it!
I purchased the other remake day one cause it was like only $20...
I will not pay $60 for flea market games that are 3 for $15 in the bin at Gamestop
You overpaid sadly for the other remake haha
