Character Customization doesn't work
you can't change the skin color,
not even a hairstyle...

Yeah, the UI bugged on your end. You can change color swatches with Y and change categories with the triggers.

I have same problem, missing customization menu. PC keyboard player. Y doesnt work.

Ahhh, finaly i solve this. you must start game with ENG keyboard settings in windows.

I think you have to use the key bound to grind. Because that's what "Y" stands for on xbx controller.
