Unsure where third film reel is?

I've found the one in the heights and the swamp but I'm struggling to find the third. Trying to buy a hint just says I should go to the theater but I'm still missing one reel. Any ideas on where it is?

It should be in south-west part of Neon Crest (the area on the west part of your map). In the theater, you should also be able to see three images on the wall that show which areas the reels are in

Awesome, thank you. I found a new path in that area which I somehow had missed (brain fart on my end tbh, It was clearly marked I just somehow missed it)

I'm having trouble with the reels, too. I have 2 of three, but I'm actually not sure which ones I already picked up because I got sidetracked at some point with exploration. I do remember the one in the swamp, I suppose I must've picked up the one in Neon Crest, because the map looks completely explored. Is the area really named "The Heights"? I wish you could drop the reels one by one, so you can focus on the ones that are left and the environment clue on the poster was more clear. :(

edit. I finally found it, it is north of the Sculptor's Peak well.

Highly possible you didn't get up close to inspect them. Early on I noticed that too and started running up to gates to get the lock on map.

Also towards end game I started dropping money on the item marker locations and sooo many of them were right there for me to find if I just skirted the edges of all the maps. And even more of them if I had a handy badge that was available from the start that I didn't catch because I didn't explore the room fully.
