(end game) Puzzels

Hello, just finished the game, have all cats, but im still missing some items, Ive explored all avaliable places on the map, but there are still 2 locked doors. One being a light up neon light up puzzle, the other being a big cat door with cat statues in front, some with glowing eyes, some without.

any tips would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
