How to install Aerofly RC 10 on another PC?

I bought Aerofly RC10 on Steam and downloaded the files on an old PC, having the minimum requirements. But it doesn't work. "unable to load vulcan library", and not possible to configure ma radiomaster boxer TX. I have only access to gamepads as controller :-(
I wish to install it on a more recent PC to make it work. But I don't see how to install it on this second PC. I cannot find the files or link to download it.
Should I uninstall it before from the former PC to have the possibility to reinstall it on the second one?

The process is identical to installing it on the first PC.
Just install Steam, log in with your Steam account, go to your library and install it to your new PC.
The product license is coupled to your personal Steam account.

Ya, this is why I prefer to buy on Steam. Much easier to use it on different PC's. One at a time of course, lol!
