Green cube bug

In the magnet room with 2 green cubes (right after mission control promised a linkup soon with caracter's wife), while playing with red pillars to elevate caracter with green cubes, suddently it was stucked inside one of the cubes, with a fast flickering effect and no way to jump/strafe/crouch out of it. Only way to solve was to zone out main menu and get back to start of this section ...
