Local Coop on one PC?

I've read the forums (not hard to overlook) that there is no online multiplayer. Is it possible to play on one PC with a buddy or more? Couldn't find anything in the description.

Whatever "local hot-seat multiplayer mode" means. Probably "everybody takes turns" kinda thing.

"Local hot seat multiplayer mode" means that you and a buddy take turns on your computer. It's like you are actually playing the board game with your friends, except that it is on your computer.

Also, for everyone who says that this game is too expensive, the real board game (when you buy the base game ($40), and the extensions ($20 each) and expansions ($40 each) and senarios ($5-$20 each) so that you can match this game) is about $200. I'm not kidding. I have the base game and the cities and knights expanision. Plust the 5-6 player extensions for both. It is a spendy, but fun game. Well worth the money if you ask me. It is extremely fun, and I look forward to purchasing this when I have the money.
