How does one even trade with the bank?

I see no button or option in the trade window or in the general HUD at large. I've got a settlement next to my sheep harbor, so I should be able to trade 2 sheep for 1 of another resource....yet I can't.

Is this some reason I don't know? Is it cause its the stupid 'campaign'?

Oh NVM. Forgot bout chest icon toggle to swap between players n bank. Man that's kinda....I dunno its not outright bad, but with 0 text its confusing until you know it, with them both being started from same button x.x
