Would also be nice to allow the "select sides" feature during a match on pause menu, in case you need a drop-in/drop-out for some reason (either on Quick Match and on Story).
You can set up co-op or against one another when you start up a "quick play" match. Story mode doesn't support multiplayer at this time. I do not believe you can switch sides once the match has started.
Found a really "I'm dumb" bug testing the local co-op by the end of my video:
- Had one controller only, enabled the "p1 on keyboard" to try the co-op.
- Started a co-op match with keyboard + controller
- By the end of the first half, decided to drop-out of co-op, but I did it in a bad way: using the controller (so, player 2, right?), I opened the settings, and disabled the "p1 on keyboard" option, virtually moving my controller for p1, making p2 have no active inputs, so I couldn't even leave the options or reenable that setting (maybe plugging a second controller would work, but decided to alt+f4 instead)
It's those kind of bugs where you aren't protecting the players from themselves, you know... hahaha.
