Stuck at Lore found 96%

Geez, its not undicated on minimap or elsewhere, also cant be found by "dodo"

Same for me, but don't care too much, I'm guessing it's just a body lying around somewhere to get a diary from... unless they've added a special character on prince of darkness mode (which doesn't seem possible given how you can just toggle difficulty)

The problem is.... 1 Diary=1 %
I just finished new game+ walkthrough on prince of darkness. Was running a bit around modern city and found 1 extra diary - gave me 1% completion

There should be a list of all the Lores soon.
The problem is, either you have to remember which ones you got, or you'll have to go to every place, and see if you have already got it.

There are total 29 city memorials. If you stuck at 98%, the last one may be in the downtown area. I found this one from the following movie

The right location is on your road to find victor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZETl_YcPCT0 at 19:39 you can see three big statues. It's not hard to get there if you know there is something behind. Demonic wings needed.

I actually had found that one.... but there was another downtown that I had to mist to.... thinking the last one will be art district, mine as well start new game+, sure it'll be a simple one.
