Fit for a queen-help
I just got the Fit For a Queen sidequest, but how the hell do I get up to the building to start the quest???

a rope arrow is required.

Stuck here too. I fired the rope, but how the heck do you get to the rope? First mission that's confounded me.

There is a door below, you have to enter through the door and then go upstairs. Took me a long time to find it.

Just found it! Seemed like the marker was slightly off. For anyone else stuck, a bit of a clue: the rope you put up out the back has nothing to do with the objective. You need to access the building from the front.
