WTF?! "A Moral Victory"
I've completed the game aiming to no knockout/kills and on the statistics it said I had 3 kills on chapter 5. But the thing is, I really diddnt killed or knocked out anyone in this entire game, chapter 5 isn't an exception. I've made damn sure as I took my time with all chapters. I even tried to replay the chapter and it said afterward that I had 0 kills/knockouts on the chapter in question but in the overall statistics of the game still showed 3 kills! So no achievement for me! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bugged game! ¬¬"

Did you use any of the oil as distractions? It's possible the oil might have caused the death of a few things and gotten you the kills... (otherwise they might be doing what previous Thief games did and counting AI actions against you).

Nope, not a single action that could be harmful to the AI.. Maybe you're right about AI action counting against me, I've read something along these lines of another player here on forum. Nvm that BS I'm almost done my run of Master+700pts w/o any kills/knockouts. Quite easy when you know where to go and the best route to avoid the AI.

I have finish the game too without kill and knockouts and the overall stats says i have 1 kills but i have kills no one, i think its bugged achievements.

"The City" location counts I reckon.. I made all episodes cleared of Kills\Knockouts and still no achievement.:shelterbird:
