Can't open the Great Safe?

I have the combo but can't switch to the next set of dials? Any ideas?

The first number in each set is dedicated to the left combinations. The second number in each set is dedicated to the right combinations.

That's just WEIRD!! Who does that?!?! Never crossed my mind and assumed game bugged, must abort.

I sat there for a good 10 minutes trying to figure that one out. I think I probably missed a document that had a clue in it, but when I got to the vault with what seemed like a totally valid combination, Garrett not switching to the second set of dials seemed like a very plausible bug. Which is not really great puzzle design. Eventually tired enough variations on the code to figure it out, but that puzzle is not exactly gaming's finest. : \

I knew I was doing something wrong when he didn't exit the combination screen (meaning I had it correct). Every other safe I've successfully gotten the combination correct, you exit the dial screen, so that was a clue to me I was doing something wrong. I tried all sorts of combinations of the three pairs until it dawned on me and I felt a little silly about not realizing it earlier.
