Eelbiters squat traps?

Hi there, there's an Eelbiter's squat in South Quarter/Riverside (more or less the first room on the right, top floor, when entering for the first time). There's a drawer set with a footplate and three deadly arrow traps sitting there, and I can't seem to find a way to deactivate them.

Any hints?
