So, Every time I hear about people hungry for sloop, I think to myself "is sloop the ONLY food available to eat?" also I think that there is probably poop in that sloop cause its funny and rymes and is probably true.

I think of it as a very thin slop, basically mixing the words slop and soup. (As far as what's in it, I;d rather not ask). So since I don;t play with captions and based only on pronouciation, I;d 1st ask if its spelled Sloup or Sloop?

Probably. I imagine it's something like Darth said. Which in an area plauged by famine, disease, and "the gloom" it probably is about the only thing to eat. I doubt seasonings and spices are very easy to come by to cook meat any other way and nevermind getting sides for a well rounded meal.

While exploring I found a Sloop Recipe. This confirms its spelling as Sloop, and its pretty bad.
Pretty sure the alchohal added for taste is only reason people can keep it down. I miss NOT knowing what was in it.
