Purchasing arrows

I'm having an issue, I have a couple grand in gold but I don't know where to buy stuff. Any idea where I can buy stuff at? thanks for your help community

Apparently there are fences around the City you can buy things from, akin to Deadly Shadows.

yea met a bloke in the shadows erm was on the way to chapel u have some old friend there, and he';s lurking just outside. sells most arrows and a bunch of upgrades, tools, trinkets (bonus % to odds and ends) etc; forget exact location however just follow mission marker and u'll find him

There's a vendor at the Drunken Burrick who sells supplies and equipment upgrades. I'm not sure whether he's the only such vendor, though, or if there are others. He's just near where Basso is.

It's kind of a bummer they went with the Deadly Shadows model. In the first two games you got equipment on a mission-by-mission basis, and it was "use it or lose it." It avoided the "but I might need it later" mentality.

Still, I guess it's hard to reconcile that with the more sandboxy City hub.

I've been playing for a few hours and met 1 vendor on my way to a mission but I haven't found any others and it's getting difficult running missions without any equipment..
