Enable Mantle?
So I just got a R9 290 today and got Thief with it for free. I want to play with Mantle, My AMD Catalyst is version 14.1 and Thief is installed, am I missing an option for it somewhere?

I am wondering this as well. I see there was a patch for mantle to work with Thief, but I have no idea how to go about getting the patch over Steam, or knowing if the patch was already installed.

Further down this page, there's another thread with more information. I'm not really sure why this guy created another thread when the top-most one at the time was titled basically the same thing...

If you can, you might as well update your driver to 14.4 for more support for Mantle as well. When you first start the game, you see a splash screen saying Play. Click Options, which is right under it, and it is in the display tab. The first checkbox is called Use Mantle. Just check it if you want to use it.
