I don't know yet but it might be a compatibility update for Win11 or Steam Deck. Maybe even something about turning off the servers for the rankings.
But definitely something small and nothing game changing as there is no development anymore.

You could have looked at the database and seen there's been no change to the game files since 2019:

If you had an update it's just steams catalog system doing a change number.

Looks like they changed the header image to this:

And even small image changes in store page or library update the change number in the catalog system.
