SOFTLOCK ? Syrcus tower can't go with the key

So the problem is the following, for some reasons, i tried to open some chests from the Syrcus tower, the first time i could open them/use the key of Syrcus and Eureka btw..
BUT, i decided to go back to my ship to buy some potions in case so i travelled back from the tower to the dedale of ancients, and then : My ship was gone, and the map card disappeard.
Whenever i go back, by fighting the titan of earth cristal ,open chests and get back to the door of Syrcus from the crystal tower... it's locked ! The text only say in front of the door: You need the Syrca key or something. I can't go forward cause now the key door of Syrca is locked.

Any help? thank you in advance

A bug has happened that initializes all of the progress. Need to redo using previous data.

Can you make this into a guide? That way players can save the quide to their favourites and access it much more easily when needed. :)

No one would care about such a guide before the bug happened even if I created. Also, I could cause it intentionally before, but somehow it's impossible anymore at present no matter how many times I try. Some circumstance of OS might relate with it.
