Black Screen.
I just bought FF3 as I am a big fan of this series and FF3 was a game I did not play before.
However everytime I start it, there is a black screen but the music works.

I tried aready veryfing the cache etc.
Is re-installing the vcredist an option?

Yes you can reinstall the VCredist. Just go into add/remove programs

It helped partially, For some odd reason, I have now ocasionally a black screen and sometimes not.
