Report a translation problem
I've never modded a final fantasy before, but im familiar with programming and willing to give it a bash, hopefully some sort of community springs into action to fix these lazy ports
They seem to be pretty easy to replace. Just copy the current font files somewhere to back them up (if you'd like) and place the new ones in the base folder and rename them to match the old files. May need to kind of tweak the fonts before hand, but the game let's you replace them simply enough.
Music / Sound Effects
These are pretty basic .ogg files. I was kind of disappointed to see that you can't play with the NES soundtrack, but this might be pretty easy to fix as well.
My Dream Mod
Smaller battle hud so you don't need to scroll. But I have no idea how to approach this. :(
...unless this PC Steam version never came out in Japan. Then that would make sense.

although that's exactly what i expected since it's android port
