Can't open the Eureka Door... I have the Eureka key.
My ship is gone. The boxes in the Cystal Tower are closed and have items in them again. The door to Eureka is sealed again. ....

I have the Eureka key and can't open the door to Eureka....

EDIT: This was due to a bug that basically reset the tower and left me stranded on the island with no airboat. There was no way to progress anymore and my data in my saves became corrupted.

oh that's just the "rare" "bug" that they said they fixed, happen to me as well very recently, when i went back to go after some enemies i missed.

the only help i can offer for this is for you to fall back and load a previous save before this occured, for some reason the game gets confused sequence breaks and hard resets on the player.

I tried that and it corrupted it also.

Sadly starting a new game will be the only solution, before the game breaks it will let you know by trying to forcibly move you up or navigate your menus up, or it might just sequence break while you are in the middle of a sequence, so start a new save like a mental patient and try again.

my backup is atm befor eureka and most side stuff can still be done and have both invincible and nautilus and gotten key for cyrtsal tower and eureka, odin needs still be done and invincbile and stuff on start island must be doen as well

Hi, so I just had the same problem. Had the key and couldn't open the door. Seems that I was one crystal short. Had to fight the earth crystal boss (right at the entrance of the maze keep straight up into the room) and after I fought him, I could finally open the door.
So just check if you have all the achievements for obtaining the crystals. Then the door plus the key should open the door to Eureka.

Mine was due to a bug that reset everything. It left me stranded on the island with no airboat, reset all the chests, made the key not work, no way to progress.
