stuck after goldor

After i beat Goldor I can't seem to figure out what i need to do. I tried several places to no avail.

You should be able to release the Enterprise using the Chain key.

I have done that but so far none of the npcs that i have spoken with have any useful hints. I went to the island where some of the people sing and i have visited a large walled off city that i cannot enter. i did not get any useful hints about the windy island. I also can't remember what that lady who visited me in my dream said.

Beastiary? where is that?

You unlock it after getting a certain ship very late-game. But don't worry too much about it as it automatically fills as you go along even if you can't view it. Though you probably already know that by now.
