Invincible over the mountains
so I got the ship and everything, know how to enter and exit etc., I am using a keyboard to play and I am having issues trying to get over the mountains, is there a key command that allows me to fly over them?

Should be the action button, but you can only fly over the small mountains.

what action button I'm using a keyboard and mouse : / I tried using the enter key, backspace, spacebar anything and nothing happened

It should be the one you use to confirm or select something. Try checking your controls?
