Steam Deck Dock Issue

Every time i try to play this game on steam deck docked, it will duplicate players. So essentially if 2 players are playing. One controller will start 2 players, and the other will control 1. If we got into game, one controller will be controlling 2 samurai. Is there any way to quit the third character?
