The right-click "invite to play" another steam player is no longer showing as an option for me - just "remote play" only which isn't the same or ideal. Anyone else having this issue?

I have avoided finishing this game for literally YEARS because I knew I didn't want to get all the way to the end only to find out I was missing a plank. Well that is exactly what happened just now, when I finally finished this game, and it feels just as bad as I knew it would. I need an option to go back and find the one I missed or at least some kind of indication before leaving a stage that shows what I am missing. What is the point of a system like this with the planks that provides so little inform...

It's not clear why it suddenly stopped working. Was this intentional or some kind of technical problem? And yes, I know there is a P2P option that still works great.
