Do you remember the cheat codes and does it work now, just need the right one or ones?
If so, this could lead it isn't fake. I still don't have a lead for proof that the three levels exist and isn't a mod.
Thank you for this information you brought.

Thank you for the information.
Well it's real though not cannon to the episodes. Thank you.
The levels weren't named in the past till Developer Michael Raymond-Judy named them except anything of name of Episode and the Third Level.
Actually if you read carefully only the Third Level wasn't named officially same goes with the name Episode 6 Fate's Path and the source I got from Erpy was https://doom.fandom.com/wiki/Heretic.
"The first two names resulted from suggestions by designer Michael Raymond-Judy in an interview; whilst the name of the third map and the "episode name" were unofficially made up by fans and are widely accepted among the community."
I don't know which source you used that says the all three levels weren't named officially especially from a Developer that later named the two first levels that Episode that was actually named by fans. Everything else you said above was true but the bottom felt off.
Are you using a different source, would like to know?
