Heretic Episode 6 Prototype, real or fake?
The levels are - Raven's Lair(E6M1), Water Shrine(E6M2), American's Legacy which might just be untitled(E6M3).

The YouTubers who show the videos are LY203 Productions, Wickydoo, Dwars, pagb666, cyanveo, and ect...

I am not sure if it's a real prototype(Real) or a mod(Fake)?

Was it related to April Fool's though I know the American's Legacy kinda feels like it's a mod. Maybe it's fake since it wasn't mentioned a lot.

Back when I bought the game and used cheat codes to warp around, I remember the Raven's Lair. (E6M1) There were a few more levels too that weren't accessible by normal means and I don't believe they even had a level exit. Not sure why they were included, maybe for Deathmatch only.

Do you remember the cheat codes and does it work now, just need the right one or ones?
If so, this could lead it isn't fake. I still don't have a lead for proof that the three levels exist and isn't a mod.
Thank you for this information you brought.

Well, check out the link to the wikia below. The levels appear in the official level list:

the episode 6 leveles(3 of them) are intended as deathmatch levels (per game designer on heretic) the episode and levels have no name (named by fans but nothing official)

The levels weren't named in the past till Developer Michael Raymond-Judy named them except anything of name of Episode and the Third Level.

Actually if you read carefully only the Third Level wasn't named officially same goes with the name Episode 6 Fate's Path and the source I got from Erpy was https://doom.fandom.com/wiki/Heretic.

"The first two names resulted from suggestions by designer Michael Raymond-Judy in an interview; whilst the name of the third map and the "episode name" were unofficially made up by fans and are widely accepted among the community."

I don't know which source you used that says the all three levels weren't named officially especially from a Developer that later named the two first levels that Episode that was actually named by fans. Everything else you said above was true but the bottom felt off.

Are you using a different source, would like to know?

Its real and true. They started to work on those, but abandoned them. In fact the stem version ships with those included.
