Tried out the demo, and it's a good start! I do have a couple recommendations though. Please add an option so that the character doesn't automatically move to the center of the screen all the time when letting go of the d-pad or analog stick. Home versions of Space Harrier usually offer both options, and I always prefer turning off the auto center option. The game really needs optimization for Steam Deck. It runs, but it doesn't come even close to 60fps at 720p. A smooth experience is always key for game...

Loved it. There are definitely rough spots, but I would like to say that the two dev team ought to be proud of themselves on multiple fronts. The mechanics are relatively spot on, and deliver on aspects of Space Harrier that it ought - and in some cases shouldn't - emulate that distinguishes it from other amateur efforts. To add to other players' feedback: - LightningOverdrive is cool, but maybe slows down things too much? I kept thinking things wold keep moving, like bullets in The Matrix, but they come to an almost complete stop.
