How does one reduce police activity? It seems I do rather peaceful days without crimes yet the police bar slowly goes up. Even if my laundering % is low

I get arrested with 2 thumbs up 100% of the time.. I've done this half a dozen times at least now. Am I very unlucky or are thumbs down what you want to get off with not enough evidence?

Am I experiencing a bug? I get all the way through the forced tutorial and can only get up to my first crime. I'm then asked to put out a newspaper ad, but I dont have enough gold to purchase it (have only 250 gold). But I cant sell it to move on either. I played the game before release and never experienced this issue....

whole PC just shut down why playing. Not sure why.

Dont use gangsters for a few days, just the restaurant and pay the tax card, and 0% launder, yet police attention just grows on its own...Even after prosecution find me not guilty, police presence does not drop outside the red zone...
