There are 7 or so riddles in the tower so it's difficult to give you an answer without knowing the one to which you are referring. Try looking at the guide by Xent in the steam community link for the game. It'll tell you everything you need to know.

To re-iterate, there are lots of hidden chests in the enigma tower so it's difficult to give you an answer without knowing to which you are referring. It will only take a moment for you to look at the guide I have referenced above to find your answer. It's a great guide which will hopefully answer a number of other questions you might have later in the game too.

If looking at the guide is too much for you then perhaps you could tell us what the riddle is on the chest which you are having difficulties with and then answers which help you can be provided.
