Unfortunately it's not stickied so it's kinda buried. Your Magic trainers should be listed there. It's quite a nice thing to have - I've used it a lot during my playthrough.

My problem was that I couldnt find the spell that got enabled after i became grandmaster level in a certain magic. But I found out now, all the spell trainers has different spells and seems like each place only has the grandmaster spell for one type of magic so i need to travel all around and find them.

Yeah, it's a pain to find all the spells since they are all over the place. I was wondering that myself when I played why certain spells only are available in certain libraries and some aren't. It's a little bit of a hassle to find them all I agree.
I believe Fire Spells was in "Sorpigal" since that's the place I went with my Runepriest to level up for more spells all the time.
